About the role:As a Support Worker, you will provide support and care for individuals aged 65 and above in the Hobart community.
Permanent part-time positions available (hours offered will depend on your availability).Flexibility to work your shifts between 7 am – 7 pm, Monday – Friday (with some weekend shifts).Enjoy a diverse range of visits to clients' homes, covering areas throughout Kinbourough Channel and Huon area.Benefit from a base hourly rate of $30.9413 plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.We welcome applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent.Maximize your take-home pay through our not-for-profit salary packaging.Experience the freedom of a mobile work environment, with a travel allowance of 99 cents per kilometre for driving between services.Receive a mobile allowance when utilizing your personal device for work-related purposes.Access our Employee Assistance Program free of charge, providing a broad range of confidential counselling, financial, and legal advice for you and your family whenever needed.Who are you?Your main focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centered care. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
