You’ll also drive service development initiatives and engage in community outreach to raise awareness for headspace services.Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will:Lead and Inspire: Oversee youth-friendly early intervention services, ensuring the Mental Health Clinicians operate within headspace's values and strategic direction.Drive Clinical Excellence: Lead intake, assessment, and clinical services, supporting staff in workload management, professional development, and welfare.Support Young People: Provide comprehensive intake, assessment, and consultation to young people, families, and professionals.Foster Collaboration: Coordinate smooth intake and referral processes, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.Innovate and Develop: Deliver evidence-based brief interventions and lead group interventions to help shape service development and community awareness.What you’ll needYou are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people.
