Responsibilities: Prepared, interpreted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Monitored and evaluated contractor performance to ensure adherence to contract terms. Managed all documentation related to Workingsafe Australia projects, and services, ensuring a clear audit trail. Track progress, timelines, and milestones to ensure contractual obligations are met and temporary fencing projects are on schedule. Prepared and submitted regular reports on contractor performance and safety outcomes. Collaborated with senior management and project teams to achieve project goals and contract outcomes, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations. Addressed project and program issues proactively, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner. Ensured all projects and programs complied with relevant regulations and standards, including WorkSafe Australia's health, safety, and regulatory requirements, as outlined in contracts.
