As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering residential development projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, meeting all regulatory requirements and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple residential development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. Guide clients through the new Design and Practitioner requirements in NSW, ensuring compliance from Development Application (DA) to Construction Certificate (CC) stages. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns or queries effectively. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design plans and regulatory requirements. Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including financial summaries, for senior management and clients. Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential development, with Class 2 experience. Demonstrated exposure to navigating projects from DA to CC stages, including compliance with new Design and Practitioner requirements in NSW. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
