Reception, Office Administration, Internal Sales & Retail Partner Co-ordinatorWhat we need:High Level of autonomy with a ‘Can do’ attitudeExceptional phone skills / ability to develop strong relationshipsEye for detail & organised mannerReception & Showroom:Presentation of a neat & organised reception/showroom areaGeneral phone inquiries from suppliers or customers as requiredOffice Administration:Monitoring WIP and booking freight in consultation with the dealer network – including export requirementsOrganising daily dispatch lists & co-ordination with appropriate staffOrganising & optimising deliveries & service calls from Head OfficeParcel preparation and dispatchAcceptance of dealer & direct sale ordersConsultation with dealers & direct sales for order specifics and updatesAssistance to GM as requiredDaily/weekly distribution of sales-related files to accounts & account managersConsultation with dealer network & feedback to account managersAssistance to account managers with managing retail partner relationshipsAssistance to account managers with sales, marketing & service-related tasksDistribution of marketing materials as per requests from retail partner network or account managersManaging, updating and sharing internal company files – account lists/price lists etc.Office Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
