Your Role: As our Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch customer service in line with Idealist's policies and benchmarks. You'll collaborate closely with our General Manager to ensure we meet the expectations of Place agents across the group and continue to develop the offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality customer service delivery, adhering to Idealist's policies and Service Level Agreements.
* Manage the team within Idealist responsible for delivering our vendor paid campaign services.
* Maintain Idealist's value proposition by implementing best practice service provider benchmarks.
* Evolve step-by-step procedures related to marketing campaigns for easy adherence by all team members.
* Induct and train new team members, providing ongoing support and training.
* Manage key partner and supplier relationships.
* Assist in issue resolution for escalated client concerns.

Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service management (overseeing multiple employees).
