Position: Mancala is currently on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Fitters on a new project based in Kalgoorlie, WA. You will have a lead role in effectively managing your team in order to maximise availability and capability of site equipment for Mancala. Manage the performance and availability of Mancala equipment to achieve both operational and financial company objectives. Manage equipment availability through planning, personnel and systematic process. Manage and co-ordinate employees, and facilities to ensure preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs are performed in a timely, cost effective and professional manner Ensure that all plant and equipment supplied to the project is fit for purpose and compliant with site specific regulations Ensure maintenance priorities are integrated with project/site procedures and statutory requirements Ensure project reporting is completed as required Ensure Mancala's site inventory levels are effectively managed Actively demonstrate and promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices Support site-based HR activities including onboarding and recruitment What we'll need from you: Extensive experience with the maintenance of heavy earth moving and drill rig equipment frequently used in the mining industry. Minimum 5 years heavy workshop and field maintenance experience in a managerial capacity. Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Office programs. Intermediate knowledge of an Accounting software program is advantagous (preferably Pronto). Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all layers of an organisation and with any stakeholder group. Sets and implements clear standards of integrity, consistently demonstrates behaviours supporting organisational values and addresses inappropriate behaviour actions. Proven strong client management and liaison skills and has good understanding of customer operations and equipment usage. Faces conflict and/or challenges and deals with issues in an open and constructive manner Must have full Working Rights within Australia.
