About the Role
This is an opportunity to join the RDH Data Management & Governance team, contributing to a broader project portfolio of work aimed at migrating and building risk reporting, analytics and modelling activities to a Risk's strategic cloud platform.

We are dedicated to implementing cutting-edge data management capabilities and tools, primarily supporting Group Risk users and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
* Subject Matter Expertise and Training:
o Act as the SME for Data Management & Governance capabilities.
o Resolve user training issues and document feedback for tooling and process enhancements.
o Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions for onboarding Group Risk users to Data Management & Governance tooling and processes.
* Process, Documentation, and Solution Design:
o Develop and design new business processes and create supporting documentation.
o Establish internal processes to operationalize Data Management & Governance capabilities within the team.
o Document detailed business requirements for Data Governance capabilities.
o Contribute to the design of a cloud-based solution for Data Management & Governance to support Risk Users.
o Establish an operating model and change management process for Data Management & Governance.
o Manage daily tasks and prioritization using Jira & Confluence.
* Efficiency and Quality Improvement:
o Develop forward-thinking processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
o Drive increased Data Management & Governance within Group Risk and the Risk Data Hub on GCP, enhancing data quality on the platform.
What We Are Looking For
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
* Experienced working in a Data Governance or Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
* Practical experience in designing and documenting new business processes for user training.
* Experience in soliciting and documenting business requirements.
* Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong proven data and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Critical thinking to determine an issues root cause and recommend actions required.
* Self-motivated and strong problem solving skills.
