In this role, you’ll own the full talent acquisition lifecycle – from role briefings to offers – for multiple business verticals in the APAC region. Serving as a vital connection to People Business Partners, COEs, People Experience, business stakeholders, and candidates, you will contribute to and manage the following:Talent Acquisition & Project ManagementDesign and implement effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies.Conduct market mapping to understand talent landscapes and anticipate future needs.Cultivate partnerships with recruitment agencies to support broader strategies.Develop pre-screening assessments and interview frameworks; conduct phone/video screens and interviews.Engage active and passive talent, connecting them to the right opportunities.Promote diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.Contribute to global/regional talent acquisition projects and initiatives.Talent Advisory and MetricsLead recruitment strategy meetings and collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing strategies to meet current and future needs.Serve as a talent advisor to business stakeholders, employees, and People Team members.Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment strategies, managing expectations on time-to-fill, market benchmarks, internal equity, and talent insights.Communicate with interview panels for preparedness and alignment on assessment frameworks.Manage recruitment systems, providing updated information through clear reporting and analytics.Track and report on metrics like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source-of-hire.Employer Branding and Candidate ExperienceCollaborate with the Employer Branding team to promote recruiting efforts through social and recruiting channels.Build relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, and associations.Drive innovative talent attraction strategies and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.Maintain exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.Support both internal and external employer branding initiatives.About You:A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years’ recruiting experience, ideally both in agency and in-house.Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Tech or high-volume recruitment (preferably within highly regulated industry).Familiarity with the Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia talent markets.Skilled in behavioral interviewing, talent assessments, and creative volume recruitment campaigns.Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive and active candidates.Track record of building stakeholder relationships and ensuring process consistency across business units.Be a part of our mission to change lives and deliver impactful, human-centered health technology.
