Job Descriptions:1. To assist the development of financial and accounting system,2. In charge of annual audit schedule to support Group and statutory audit,3. Supervise, monitor and problem solving the day-to-day work, Execute month end, quarter and year end closing activities (prepare journal entries and all account reconciliation) to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.8.Manage day to day finance operations and oversee accounting daily operations including communication of issues and opportunities to management. 9. Deal with the reconciliation between IFRS and Australian accounting standard, 10. Liaise with both internal and external parties (e.g., government, auditors, and regulators) for finance related and compliance matters, In charge of internal and external balance confirmation,11. Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management team;12. Assist HR department to complete the payroll calculation and payment.Requirements:1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.2. At least 5 years working experience preferably in Multinational Companies or Big 4 experience is a plus./3. Good knowledge of Australian financial standards and IFRS is a must.5. Proficient in English.6. Proficient in MS applications.7. Automotive industry experience preferred8. SAP experience is preferred.9. Have sensibility in numbers, and have excellent issue finding and solving skills.10. Precise, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability and summarizing skill.
