Your Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Division. You’ll be based in one of our key regional locations: Geelong, Shepparton, Echuca, Moama, or Ballarat. This role is essential to our continued success in delivering top-quality projects.
You will bring along the following;
* 3-5 years of Victorian Civil Road Building Experience, In-depth knowledge of VIC roads, council works, intersections, roundabouts and other related infrastructure.
* Great Team Supervision with proven experience in supervising up to six people on-site.
* Ability to work closely with management and site teams in a non-autonomous role.
* Significant on-site working rural experience in road construction.
* Flexibility to work & living away from home (Projects primarily located in Southwest and Northwest Victoria).
* Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively.
* Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, permits. Etc.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* White Card and a valid Driving License are mandatory.
The role will be responsible for
* Oversee construction activities across all Bild Infrastructure Rural Projects to ensure compliance with contract documents, policies, procedures, programs, and management plans.
* Actively lead a strong safety and quality culture on-site, involving both Bild and subcontractor personnel.
* Managing administrative tasks such as timesheets, delivery dockets, and maintaining the site diary.
* Leading startups, toolbox talks, site inductions, and verifying necessary certifications and tickets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to strategically grow the business.
* Work collaboratively with project engineers and managers, bridging the gap between management and site team members
