About The Role: Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources professional to lead the Human Resources function across Australia. This position will oversee both strategic and operational Human Resources, and will work at ensuring the functions deliverables are aligned with the organisational strategy. In this role, you will work across the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including but not limited to driving talent management, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall vision and business objectives. Lead workforce planning and OD initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, while fostering leadership development and succession planning. Act as a trusted advisor for both management and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Australian employment law. Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages, benchmarking industry best practices and maintaining compliance with regulations. Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, performance improvement plans, etc. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing policies and initiatives that support a diverse workplace culture. Analyse HR metrics to provide insights, identify trends, and measure the success of HR strategies, presenting reports to C-suite and senior management that outline the aforementioned. About You: You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR leadership and a strong understanding of HR best practices. You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership. You are results-oriented and excel in workforce planning, talent development, and fostering an inclusive work environment. You possess strong problem-solving skills, and you thrive in dynamic environments where you can drive change and improve organizational performance. Experience/ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
