We offer a friendly, team focused work environment, comprehensive orientation to the department and organisation, in house salary packaging and free car parking.REQUIREMENTSCurrent registration with AHPRACertificate in Emergency Nursing or other relevant to the ED setting, or working towards same highly regardedRecent Emergency Nursing experienceExcellent organisational skillsDemonstrated role modelling and leadership abilityEvidence of recent and relevant continuing professional developmentWell-developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skillsWillingness to learn new skills with a management focusCapacity to undertake special projects and some knowledge of National StandardsCommitment to oversee the processes required for a quality service with a patient centred focusFlexibility and the ability to work all shiftsA commitment to a team approach to care deliveryIMPORTANT: Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies).
