Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and customers regarding ICT systems, hardware, and software.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
* Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment, including computers, printers, servers, and networking devices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain ICT infrastructure, systems, and services.
* Document and update technical procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
* Assist in the development and execution of IT projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT support or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
