Job Title: Service Sales Administrator

We seek a highly skilled individual who excels in both sales and service administration, possessing exceptional organisational and customer service skills.
This is a hands-on role that involves:
* Working closely across departments to prepare, process, follow up, and administer maintenance agreements during warranty and contract renewal periods.
* Corresponding to all incoming emails and calls, accurately entering information into the system.
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Contract billing and calculating within Excel to provide quotes.
* Serving as the in-house support and central point for information.
Required Skills:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with accuracy being paramount.
* A people person, excellent at building relationships.
* Excel and reporting skills, with proficiency in numbers.
* Self-driven and motivated, accustomed to thinking on their feet when needed.
* Experience in a service-based role, dealing with clients and multiple in-house departments.
