Your role:
You will be responsible for the Australian international tax obligations associated with DuluxGroup overseas subsidiaries as well as the overseas tax obligations of subsidiaries in China, PNG, Singapore and the USA. The role requires being across tax related issues associated with acquisitions and restructuring including but not limited to stamp duty, Japanese and Australian CFC’s, hybrids and BEPS Pillar 2.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assistance with preparation and management of international tax obligations, including controlled foreign company calculations, transfer pricing requirements, royalties etc.
* Management and oversight of tax obligations for offshore business units including South-East Asia, PNG and Australia where required
* Assistance with integration of tax governance procedures relating to all new acquisitions
* Manage relationships with various stakeholders across Finance, other functions and business units throughout the Group

Skills & Experience
* Degree and CA/CPA qualified
* Strong experience in either a professional accounting firm or an in-house corporate tax unit.
* Sound understanding of international tax law including tax treaties, cross border implications and transfer pricing requirements.
* Competent in technical and practical accounting, strong in tax effect accounting
