This exciting role will help develop, build and embed change capability and support delivery of major transformation initiatives across UNSW College.Who are we? As our Senior Change Manager, you'll take a strategic view, working across functions in close collaboration with the Executive Team, Senior Management Team, the PMO, internal and external stakeholders and project teams to support the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives and to build and embed an ongoing change capability in UNSW College. Day to day, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the business is ready, willing and able to accept planned changes, and for ensuring that change is embedded in a way that enables the realisation of projected benefits. You'll need to take a holistic, organisation-wide view, anticipating and identifying change impacts and delivering sustainable change frameworks and strategies.What we're looking for includes: Extensive experience in leading organisational change in process improvement, systems, data and people centric projects.Experience in building and embedding internal change capability.Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and influence to achieve desired outcomes.Why us?
