FutureYou are working with a leader in the medical technology industry who are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of their People Operations teams. The company is specialised in providing innovative medical device solutions nationally.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute your expertise to lead recruiting activities, such as preparing job requisitions, devising and implementing search strategies, designing competency-based interview processes with a focus on fairness and inclusivity, and negotiating and extending offers. Your responsibilities will also include human resources support services.
Other key responsibilities include:
4. Managing incoming resumes and applicant flow; screening, selecting, and identifying candidates by conducting initial interview screenings.
5. In conjunction with department managers, writing job postings and posting job openings on major on-line job boards, niche job sites, and outsourcing them to recruiting firms as necessary.
6. Making recommendations to managers regarding candidate selection.
7. Regularly collaborating with other Talent Management team members and National HR teams.
8. Supporting and contributing to the firm's diversity and inclusion business services recruiting strategy.
The Requirements:
9. Relevant Bachelors degree.
10. 6+ years of experience in recruitment. Internal high volume recruitment experience preferred.
11. 3+ years of experience in Technology recruitment R&D setups desirable.
12. Analytical mind-set and solid MS Excel skills.
13. Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills.
14. Ability to commit to and meet deadlines.
