About the Role: Process all customer requests for product-to-product information in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain professional, supportive internal and external customer relationships. Efficiently replenish all consignment sites around the country with the appropriate implants. Ensure all loan set equipment is correctly checked and prepared on dispatch and receipt. Maintain a working environment which is organized and functions to meet the state occupational health and safety standards, law, and regulations. Ensure all business activities and functions comply with the Business Systems manual process. Notify the Loan Set Manager of any situation affecting the ability of the company to supply any loan set equipment to a customer. Ensure Loan Set replacement implants are lot tracked. Stock take process. Routine checking, maintenance and repair of all loan set instruments and equipment. Provide after hours on-call customer support as required. ABOUT YOU: To be successful in this role, you will: Previous experience in a Customer Service role. Strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast paced, warehousing role (desirable, not essential). Computer literate (MS Office). Possess high level of attention to detail. Solid time management skills. Be reliable and focused. Possess a customer service ethos and orientation. Great communication skills. A desire and willingness to learn. Be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently.
