What’s on offer?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team, based in Ormeau. This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations. This role will encompass:
* Processing subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
* Reception / General Office Duties.
* Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders, goods receipting and month end requirements such as accruals.
* Booking of flights & accommodation.
* Subcontractor onboarding/ Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in relation to contract variations.
* Uniform / Office supply orders, as well as production stock monitoring & daily reconciling.
You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, and within a construction or maintenance site-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.
In addition:
* A proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, whilst developing and contributing to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
* A proactive attitude and having an ability to work independently when required.
* Effective and professional communication skills, with an innate ability to develop and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Strong attention-to-detail with a focus on quality outcomes.
* Excellent IT skills with JDE & Mandalay experience preferred.
