Established in 1953, the organisation has grown to be one of the largest providers of disability support services, under the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Western Victoria.The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to McCallum, balancing its mission of providing person-centred services with the commercial acumen necessary to ensure its long-term sustainability and growth. Working closely with the Board, the CEO will lead the organisation's strategic development, operational excellence, and innovative expansion to position McCallum for sustainable growth.An existing executive, with a successful track record of providing entrepreneurial leadership in complex, highly regulated and constantly changing environments, you will have expertise in leading quality service delivery, governance, risk management and be able to build on a highly engaged workforce culture.
