You will work with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace.
As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to a specific our service level agreements and to support, train and deliver in-store projects.
You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.In this autonomous role, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers.
You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.
Although this is a casual role there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses within the DuluxGroup and/or full-time roles.We offer flexibility, lots of training and development opportunities and in return you'll be someone who embraces change, is eager to learn and grow complimented by your passion for providing excellent customer service.This is a casual role so days will vary (including weekends at times), however we are currently looking to cover up to 4 hours per week.
There may also be the opportunity for more hours across different business areas in the DuluxGroup and you'll assist with holiday and sick leave cover when needed, flexibility is vital in this role.Please note: Due to the nature of merchandising, this position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.We're proud to represent market-leading, trusted brands and products, and we're looking for someone who shares that pride.
