Job Description
Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets professionals provide strategic expertise to commercial property owners, working to set sales and marketing strategies to maximise their asset value and sellability, position the seller in the market to get the best outcome, and streamlining the sales processes.
Capital Markets professionals work collaboratively with CRE and broader Cushman & Wakefield organisation to provide full spectrum of value-add commercial property management services and engage in long lasting and trust-based partnerships with the clients.
This role is responsible for establishing and growing a client base, independently managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring operational excellence.
About the role
* Provides commercial property owners with strategic expertise to maximise asset value and streamline sales.
* Collaborates across Cushman & Wakefield to deliver full-spectrum property management and foster long-term, trust-based client partnerships.
* The role includes managing client relationships, overseeing the entire sales process, and ensuring operational excellence.
Sales Process Management:
* Develops proposals in response to RFPs and creates tailored marketing strategies.
* Engages potential buyers, prepares documentation, and manages property marketing.
* Handles inquiries, conducts inspections, and assesses bids to advise owners on optimal sales strategies.
* Facilitates negotiations and reviews sales documents for accuracy, ensuring the client stays informed throughout the process.
Business Development:
* Proactively sources new opportunities to meet sales targets.
* Builds and maintains relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Participates in industry events, stays updated on market trends, and collaborates with internal teams.
* Mentors junior agents to maintain high service standards.
Business Operations:
* Responsible for meeting revenue targets, managing invoicing, and ensuring compliance with training and licensing.
* Ensures property databases are up-to-date and follows Cushman & Wakefield's internal procedures.
