Veterinary Happiness has an exceptional opportunity for a new Practice Manager (Qualified Vet Nurse) to join our pet loving team.
Our name says it all. We are a small animal practice located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Redland Bay. We are a two vet per day practice supported by friendly and experienced nurses, serving our loyal community of clients. We are seeking a bubbly candidate who enjoys leading on customer experience, administration and high standards of care.

Our team are dedicated professionals who aim to provide comprehensive and compassionate veterinary services.
To support our cases, we’re equipped with an in-house IDEXX laboratory, full digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental x-ray, surgical theatre and monitoring equipment, separate dog and cat wards and a nice garden for puppy pre-school or lunch in the sunshine.
About The Role
The success of the practice manager is driven by their ability to co-ordinate the veterinary business, people, and services of the clinic. A typical day will include time focused on operations, nursing activities and client care. The ideal candidate may be asenior vet nurse seeking an opportunity for career progression or a seasoned vet practice manager.

About You
7. Holds experience in a practice manager or senior vet nurse position
8. Minimum of 3 years vet nursing experience preferred
9. Strives for high standards of service excellence and clinical care
10. Experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills and are computer confident – we use RxWorks and Vetstoria
11. Good time-management and communication withstrong problem solving skills
12. A genuine, warm and supportive style that enjoys caring for people who care for animals
