As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our venue operates seamlessly. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day management, from overseeing staff and service standards to coordinating events and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. 2+ years in an Assistant Venue Manager role
2. Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
3. Write and control an effective roster
4. Ability to stock take and investigate stock loss
5. Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department, and venue consumables
6. Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
7. Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
8. Implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
9. Must hold all relevant gaming certificates
