You can be part of this exciting work and help build new services and capacity in Tasmania to treat children and young people with severe and complex mental illness.Through CYMHS Reform, clinical services in Tasmania are under development with many exciting professional, developmental, and research opportunities available.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Executive Officer, the role will include:Providing high-level quality administrative and reception support in the CAMHS executive Office.Undertaking administrative tasks associated with ordering, maintaining and processing account payments, and those associated with maintaining departmental assets.Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, capable of solving complex inquiries through multiple communication channels.Preparing, coordinating and assisting with the preparation of letters, meeting papers, Ministerial briefings, right to information documents, and third-party requests.Details of Appointment:Permanent full-time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
