Are you passionate about education, equity, and creating meaningful partnerships with schools and communities? We're looking for aSenior Coordinator, Educational Partnerships,based from our Mildura campus, to lead innovative outreach programs that inspire students to pursue higher education.this role will deliver programs that aim to familiarise participants of diverse backgrounds with higher education; inform their aspirations to access and participate in higher education and build their confidence to achieve through academic and study discipline immersion.

About the Role
As part of theWidening Participation and Outreachteam, you will:
Develop and deliver tailoredoutreach programsfor secondary school students.
Provideacademic and pathway supportto students, particularly those undertaking VCE (VM).
Build and manage partnerships withschools, VET providers, and community organisations, and deliver outreach programs to these groups
Lead and mentorstudent leadersdelivering outreach engagement activities.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, contributing to La Trobe's strategic goals.
What You'll Bring
Aformal teaching qualification(e.g., B.Ed, M.Ed) or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to develop, implement and refine innovative activities that raise achievement, awareness, and higher education aspirations, particularly for under-represented students.
Proven experience inprogram/event management.
Strong ability toengage with diverse stakeholders, including schools, teachers, and community groups.
A demonstrated commitment tosocial justiceand breaking down barriers to higher education.
