* Salary ranging from $95,000 - $130,000 + Super

* Client Variety: The role involves working with NDIS participants, private clients, and Medicare cases, allowing the therapist to gain exposure to different funding streams.
* Supportive Environment: Regular one-on-one sessions with the director and group meetings with senior staff foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
* Work-Life Balance: The position offers a 9-day fortnight and flexible calendar management, with opportunities for time off in lieu and WFH administrative work.
* Professional Development: A pro-rata allowance of $1000 for three days of professional development per year, along with additional flexible in house training opportunities.
* Bonuses: Therapists have the opportunity to earn bonuses for exceeding billable hour targets, with 15% of the charge-out rate and an additional $30 per extra hour.
The Role:
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing personalized therapy programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing recommendations for assistive technology (when necessary). You will see 4-5 clients a day (5 billable hours which includes; travel, face to face consults and NDIS report writing). Your role will involve assessing participants' functional abilities and specific needs, with a focus on goals related to motor skills and daily living.

Additionally, regular in-house professional development sessions led by experienced senior therapists from multiple disciplines ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement. Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
