More About the Role at Jurlique **About the role:** We are looking for an Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist to join our ANZ Marketing team on a full-time basis based in our Sydney Office with a hybrid working style. As part of Jurlique's ANZ Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist is responsible for ensuring that workflows across digital platforms are executed on time, in accordance with brand guidelines, aligned with the marketing promotional calendar, and supportive of commercial targets. With experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering digital marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey. Additionally, the eCommerce operations function ensures the seamless execution of digital initiatives, including product feed management, on-site merchandising, and promotional strategies, to provide an exceptional online shopping experience and maximise commercial performance. **Digital Marketing** - Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and support customer engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital strategies, brand messaging, and marketing activities align with overall business objectives. - Liaise with external agencies to optimise performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels, ensuring they meet KPIs and budget requirements. - Report on key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the wider team to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation. - Have an awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms and digital technologies, providing recommendations for innovation and best practice adoption. **eCommerce** - Oversee the smooth operation of Jurlique's western markets (AUS, UK, and US) websites, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience. - Assist in eCommerce marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of online promotional activities, product merchandising, and feed updates to improve the customer shopping experience. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches that drive sales, strengthen customer engagement, and align with overarching commercial objectives. - Manage and conduct regular audits of product listings, ensuring accuracy in product information, images, pricing, availability, and checkout functionality to maintain a seamless shopping experience. - Collaborate with the digital team to monitor and analyse website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, identifying opportunities to enhance site performance and improve key commercial KPIs. - Leverage data analytics tools in partnership with the digital team to assess customer behaviour and purchasing patterns, using insights to personalise the shopping experience and refine product recommendations. - Manage inventory levels on the eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate stock availability through regular audits and close coordination with warehouse and fulfilment teams. - Assist in website and SEO initiatives, including on-page SEO updates, landing page testing, and ensuring web content is optimised for visibility and engagement. - Liaise with external web development agencies to implement and optimise eCommerce best practices, including UX/UI design, site navigation, mobile responsiveness, and search engine optimisation (SEO). - Support with product data and inventory management for Myer PEP and David Jones PIM. Desired Skills and Experience **About you:** _Knowledge & Skills_ • Minimum of 2 years' experience within ecommerce, Digital Marketing • Relevant Marketing tertiary qualification • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results • Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data • Ability to extract and collate data and provide insights and recommendations • Data-driven, detail-driven, and technically enthused. • High energy and a can-do attitude • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Utilising digital marketing channels to build awareness and engagement. • Experience in Shopify Plus, project management tools (monday/Trello/Jira,/Slack) and confidence with technology solutions and digital platforms highly regarded. • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and Affiliate Marketing best practice and execution support
