Duties
* General reception duties: greeting visitors, answering phones and accepting multiple deliveries per day.
* Setting up rooms and meetings.
* Ordering catering for board meetings.
* Updating Excel spreadsheets.
Skills
* Corporate reception experience.
* Advanced customer service skills.
* Good at multitasking and prioritising tasks.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal skills.
* Pronto skills (desirable).
* Intermediate MS Office skills.
