About the role:
Are you passionate about transforming healthcare education and improving patient outcomes? The Hunter New England Simulation Centre is on the hunt for a Simulation Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based simulation programs across our region.
You will:
1. Innovate & Lead: Collaborate with expert faculty and healthcare professionals to design, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge simulation curricula.
2. Drive Excellence: Support professional development for instructors and lead initiatives that enhance simulation-based learning.

About You:
We are looking for a motivated professional with:
* Expertise in simulation-based learning.
* Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
* A passion for healthcare education and quality improvement.
You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing guidance from our skilled and passionate team!
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience in a health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, Medical).
* NSW driver’s license.
Additional Information:
* To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
* An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part-time vacancies.
* This position is full-time; however, part-time arrangements will be considered (minimum 4 days per week).
