About the Role: WorkPac is seeking a highly motivated Senior Property Manager to join a leading real estate agency in Huntingdale.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and expand a well-maintained portfolio while being backed by an award-winning team of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage tenancy lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews.Oversee maintenance requests, ensure property compliance, and proactively assist owners in enhancing their investments.Develop new client relationships, secure new managements, and conduct rental appraisals.Handle tenancy disputes professionally, including court representation when required.Work alongside a dedicated Field Officer and external resources to streamline tenancy inspections.Conduct final bond inspections and process bond disposals promptly.Complete trust accounting functions as required, with full support from management and a dedicated trust accountant.Participate in the PM Emergency Phone weekly roster.Stay up to date with industry regulations and legislative changes.Contribute to a positive, supportive, and forward-thinking team environment within the Property Management department.Whats on Offer?
