Our Client Flexi Personnel is working with a leading provider of high-quality baked goods, specializing in flatbread and hamburger buns that supply various restaurants and IGA grocers.

Location: Campbellfield Position: Ongoing Casual with View to Permanent Hours: 4:00 am - 12:00 pm, Monday to Thursday (Set Shift) Log Weekend every week.
Pay Rate: $33.96 per hour plus Super Key Responsibilities: Dough Preparation : Mix dough from scratch, incorporating various recipes with 12 kg - 20 kg bags of flour as required per mix.
Bread & Bun Production : Specialize in crafting flatbreads and hamburger buns, ensuring quality standards are met.
Machine Operation : Operate and conduct basic programming for flour mixing machinery, with experience in a production line a must.
Production Line Management : Oversee dough mixing, manage the production line, monitor water temperatures and timings, and assist packers with trays and trolleys.
Cleaning & Maintenance : Keep work areas tidy and follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
Lifting Requirements : Comfortable with lifting 20 kg bags every few days and handling 12 kg bags as per mixing needs.
Teamwork : Work effectively within an 8-person team and contribute to a safe, organized workplace.
Skills & Experience: Dough Mixing : Proven experience in mixing dough from scratch and adjusting as needed.
Commercial Baking : Preferred experience in commercial baking, particularly in flatbread and bun production.
Equipment Knowledge : Familiar with commercial dough mixers and capable of operating flour programming functions.
Industry Background : Experience at Allied Pinnacle, Tip Top Bakery, or Davies Bakery is advantageous.
Awareness and Initiative : Must be alert, detail-oriented, and possess strong common sense in managing water temperatures, timing, and production.
Requirements: Physical Capability : Ability to lift and handle up to 20 kg bags of flour.
Personal Hygiene : Strong commitment to personal and workspace hygiene.
Initiative : Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently within a team.
