The Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) Risk Management team is a division within Risk Management which specifically provides Risk services to the IB&M business unit across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America including the identification and assessment of key risks that could impact the way in which the IB&M business achieves its objectives, and ensuring these are mitigated.

Our primary focus is delivering high-impact reports and insights to the Board, senior committees, and executive leadership.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Coordinate credit risk portfolio papers and compile the pack for governance committees, sourcing data and information for input into the credit risk pack and manage minuting and action items.
Conduct IB&M portfolio driver analysis and support the reporting manager in identifying key drivers across portfolios, communicating this information to relevant executive managers.
Work with technical reporting analysts to develop new reporting interfaces or enhance existing ones.
Provide support on automated reporting systems replacing manual methods.
Lead reporting process improvement initiatives that ensure data and analysis are collected once and utilized across multiple reports (e.g., portfolio reporting).
Engage business (Line 1) and risk (Line 2) teams to obtain commentary on exposure movements, including endorsement for reporting to governance committees.
Embed a regular operational reporting cycle (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly).
