We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced insurance leader to take the reins. As the Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping this team's success, responsible for providing direction, coaching, and coordination for a team of Case Managers and Specialists.To ensure success for you and the team, we will have a comprehensive onboarding and training plan including face to face support. We will help you create meaningful connections across our business by bringing the business to you.What We're Looking For:A natural leader with solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills, you can build relationships and have exceptional people management expertise.
