Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage brand assets across 11 brands (CI/logo/imagery).
* Update and maintain marketing copy, brochures, and dealer advertising collateral.
* Coordinate production of brand merchandise and maintain advertising guidelines.
* Support marketing projects, including agency briefs, PowerPoint formatting, and dealer portal updates.
* Assist with internal communications and content requests.
* Handle administrative tasks, including invoice and policy management.
Requirements:
* Proficiency with tools like M365, Salesforce, Canva, and Trello.
* Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar marketing or corporate role.
* Financial/Insurance industry experience is advantageous.
* Good communication skills and excellent written communication.
* Proactive with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
* A team player.
