As such, it is the first point of contact for the majority of prisoners entering the prison system. It is unique as a facility having the dominant proportion of its population as unsentenced prisoners.Vocational Support Staff (VSO) facilitate the operation of various industry workshops and prisoner services around the Hakea Facility.
