Your responsibilities will include: Corporate and medical records management Staff training management Fleet coordination and stock control Processing invoices via Sunrise, Basware, and Oracle CME data entry and appointment scheduling Front counter service and switchboard operations What We’re Looking For: Communication Skills: You should have a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of clients and health service staff. Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team cooperation is essential. Customer Service Excellence: Your exceptional customer service skills will help you handle even the most challenging situations with grace. Tech-Savvy: High competency in computers, word processing, and office administration, especially with medical records and Microsoft Excel. Confidentiality: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all interactions. Experience: Administrative and clerical support experience is a must. Proficiency in developing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel will be highly regarded.
