About your opportunity: In this position you will: Provide independent specialist level knowledge and clinical skills in complex contemporary clinical practice standards with accountability for providing high level specialist clinical services relating to general, mobile, emergency and operating theatre radiography.
Develop and implement imaging protocols, practice and workplace instructions in accordance with Queensland Health and professional organisation standards.
Ensure all equipment is maintained to approved standards and liaise with equipment vendors and service personnel with regard to equipment operation, faults, upgrades and reports of functionality and effectiveness.
Work collaboratively and effectively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality imaging services to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health in accordance with state-wide/CHHHS priorities and targets.
Provide professional guidance to radiographers and remote operators in district/rural practice.
