Your role:
You will be supporting a team of new graduate and junior speech pathologists providing clinical supervision and mentoring and supporting your team by facilitating inhouse professional development training sessions. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be working with a caseload of paediatric clients conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, providing therapy sessions and writing reports to track each clients progress.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* 4+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist with preference for previous supervision experience
* SPA membership
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Drivers license and own vehicle
