About the roleWe are seeking a full-time Land and Engineering Surveyor to join our team at Leary, Cox & Cripps in Hobart, Tasmania.
You will play a key role in providing surveying services for a range of construction, cadastral and infrastructure projects, contributing to the company's success and growth.
What you'll be doing Conducting land and engineering surveys using the latest surveying equipment and technologiesCollecting, processing, and analysing survey data to produce accurate maps, plans, and other deliverablesLiaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality surveying servicesEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety proceduresCollaborating with our teamContributing to the continuous improvement of surveying processes and the development of new capabilitiesWhat we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Surveying or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience as a Land and Engineering SurveyorProficiency in using surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scannersStrong knowledge of survey techniques, data management, and survey related CAD softwareExcellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to interpret and explain technical informationProven problem-solving skills and a collaborative, adaptable approach to workWhat we offerAt Leary, Cox & Cripps Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
