Dragonfly is hiring for an Operations Support position for its delivery hub in South Granville. This is a full-time position for Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

* 2 years of experience in a customer service position;

What will I do in this position?
* Prepare daily reports;
* Process pending packages and returns;
* Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
* Contact customers by phone and/or email occasionally;
* Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners, and operation supervisors;
* Data entry as needed;
* Escalate special cases to supervisors;
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations.
