YOU | As an expert in your field, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and senior stakeholders. As a senior banker, you must demonstrate high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings, with a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing commercial and agribusiness clients in the region. You will be driven and solutions-oriented, and confident in seeking new-to-bank opportunities in a diverse environment. Ideally you will also possess:
• Proven experience in a similar Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role
• Expertise in commercial and/or agribusiness lending and complex financial structuring
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and excel in Business Development, consistently meeting growth targets
• Deep understanding of the business needs and attitudes of commercial banking customers
• Strong networking skills and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
• A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is highly regarded
