Experience the joy of working in a place where your job can flourish like never before.?What you will be doing A variety of works which can include road patching, to assisting with services repairs, all excavation work, grading and compacting and general earth moving PLUS:Operation of plant and machinery as required for Services, ensuring timely completion and a high standard of product quality and safety at all timesEmergency work at any time of the day or night as required e.g.
in the case of heavy rains or cyclone Ensure all labour hours, machine hours, materials and information required for work dockets are recorded accurately and on a timely basisResponsible for the security and basic daily servicing of allocated vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition at all timesRoad patching, traffic control and general laboringAbout YouMinimum 2 years work experience in the operation of earthmoving equipment and plant equipment HR Truck License (Essential)Construction White Card (Essential) Ability to be approved for and hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) (Essential)Non-slewing Crane Licence (Desirable) Mobile Crane, Grader, Forklift and Plant Batching licenses (Desirable) Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Backhoe (Desirable) What we offer:Live on subsidised accommodation (or commute from nearby Airlie beach)Fantastic work culture and supportive teamEnjoy living in the Whitsundays!
