As Coordinator Logistics, Supply & GSE you are responsible for ensuring all our contractual supply chain obligations are delivered efficiently by driving effective outcomes that complement and respect the internal and external environment, whilst remaining adaptable to meet contractual timeframes and obligations supporting the B300 Program at East Sale.
Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Providing specialist services to management and customers on matters pertaining to Logistics, Supply and GSE delivery, and lead, drive and motivate the success of these priorities as directed by site leadership or General Manager in relation to existing and/or proposed priorities in order to meet the performance required under the Contract.Proactively providing regular updates on Logistics, Supply and GSE performance including relevant status remaining flexible and adaptable in being solution focused.Developing and maintaining operating procedures and providing input to a Supply Support Plan for the B300 Program.Directing, optimising and coordinating full order cycle for the B300 Program.In consultation with program leads, act as the Customer contact for related matters on Logistics, Supply and GSE within B300 Operations.Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in order to meet performance KPIs.Maintaining and reporting on supply chain KPIs including quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery timeframes, transport costs and efficiency, as well as data for the Commonwealth either as part of combined reporting or in response to requests for information in consultation with site leadership.Development, delivery and maintenance of an inventory investment plan including the update and delivery of projected budgeting to assist with budget planning.Ensuring this position and supply team members are maintaining and transacting effectively in company ERP systems.Liaising with repair venues regarding pricing, turnaround times, warranty & quality issues for repair & warranty items.Provision of routine supply chain services, procurement services, stock assessment, codification and cataloguing services.Identify, record and provide solutions to identified supply chain risks.Promoting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the delivery of B300 East Sale Operations.Maintaining accurate records for all GSE and ST&E items within the B300 Program.Supporting Stores personnel to perform receipt/dispatch and other duties as directed.What will help you to succeed?Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management or related discipline, accompanied by demonstrable experience in supply chain management, preferably within Aviation and/or Defence related disciplines.Extensive experience in supply support activities, including management and coordination of any subcontractors involved in the achievement of Supply Support requirements.Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.Demonstrated ability to understand and deliver within complex internal and external environments.Demonstrated knowledge of Defence Supply Chains.Significant experience in managing and understanding the value in end to end supply chain.Sound knowledge of ERP Systems.Working knowledge of supply data.Ability to lead people to promote a positive culture that promotes high performance.Ability to lead change with energy and enthusiasm.Australian Citizenship holding or eligible for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people.Committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.How to Apply?Your application must be submitted via SEEK and must consist of the following:
