We are looking for a passionate and motived Regional Campaign Manager, who will assist in driving growth in our International Enterprise business. This role will be responsible for the execution of integrated multi-channel B2B solution campaigns to achieve fiscal year DemandGen campaign objectives.
This role will focus upon Telstra’s Enterprise Adaptive Network solutions targeted for Telstra’s all regional Route-To-Markets (RTM) – Australia-out, Southeast Asia, India and a portion of global MNCs. The role will support relevant stakeholders in devising effective Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, from which this role will subsequently create regional Marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand value.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work with relevant internal stakeholders and alliance partners to support devising the GTM strategies and plans for your enterprise solution campaigns
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop a customer value proposition that is aligned with your region’s strategic direction and marketing priorities
* Support the research of geo-specific customer and competitor trends, in which to devise insights that guide the development of innovative marketing approaches to drive campaign results and revenue growth
* Develop effective marketing strategies and lead the execution of online/offline campaign tactics that drives awareness and consideration DemandGen objectives
* Engage with key internal and external stakeholders through regular communication related to marketing initiatives, ongoing campaigns, relevant marketing tools, customer success stories, upcoming events and sales enablement programs
* Use a sound understanding of Telstra International’s customers, channels and past experiences to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following skills/experiences:
Essential
* A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a marketing related discipline
* 8+ years of B2B marketing supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Experience with event management – e.g., customer events, internal events, etc
* Proven success with B2B digital marketing strategy and tactics
Highly Desirable
* Marketing knowledge or background with Enterprise networking solutions, i.e.: SD-WAN/SASE/Network Managed Services/Internet/etc
* 3+ years as a campaign owner of a B2B multi-channel marketing campaign
* Exposure or experience with campaigns across multiple APAC markets
* Knowledge or proficiency with using SalesForce and Eloqua to track campaign progress and results, as well as Marketing/Sales pipeline
