Based in an enviable location in East Brisbane, you will be working with a fantastic team in a beautiful new building.
This is a hands-on, full-time role, with no expectation to live onsite, but must be available for any emergencies after hours.
The Position:You will be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained to the highest of standards.
We require someone with previous experience within the Building Management/Facilities space.
Some of your responsibilities will include:-Provide outstanding customer service to all residentsCoordinate contractors as requiredMaintain service agreementsLiaise with the Body Corporate Committee, attending meetings as requiredCoordinate and conduct general repairs, cleaning and maintenanceComplete periodic maintenance performance reportingIdentify and ensure all defects are resolved within agreed time framesHandle out of hours emergency maintenanceMonitor cleaning of common areas and garden maintenance of property grounds including poolAttend after hours emergency calls We are searching for someone professional, yet approachable with:Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders including residents, contractors and body corporate.The ability to delegate tasks and is confident showing leadershipStrong organisational and time management skillsBasic handyman/maintenance skillsWillingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is required to get the job done - this is a hands on position!A basic understanding of building services, operations and Caretaking Agreements If this sounds like the opportunity for you, hit Apply NOW with a copy of your current CV in word format.
