Join a large Federal Government agency as Organisational Change Manager (IT)!Your new company This large scale Federal Government Department, a key player in the management and regulation of Australia's financial space, currently has a requirement for an experienced ICT Organisational Change Manager to join their Canberra team. Your new role You'll play a key role in ensuring IT projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, positions, and organisational structures. The primary responsibility will be developing and executing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation and the achievement of results and outcomes. You'll have the ability to quickly adapt to the Treasury environment by engaging with key business users and stakeholders of various levels. What you'll need to succeed Essential 1. Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an IT Organisational Change Manager role delivering desired business outcomes in a large and complex information technology organisation.2. Extensive knowledge of organisational change management methodologies, tools and structure.3. Experience in working in Agile and Prince2 projects.4. High level of demonstrated experience in developing and managing business benefits realisation plans.5. Experience in the ADKAR change management methodology and applying it to Prince2 Projects.Desirable 1. Experience in the ADKAR change management methodology and applying it to Prince2 Projects.2. Exceptional level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.
