Your role will involve managing and guiding the team to deliver high-quality legal services, meeting our client needs with efficiency and effectiveness, and working with our legal assistance partners in the region to improve access to justice. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor both legal and non-legal staff, fostering their growth and ensuring they contribute to our shared goals. You’ll ensure optimal use of resources and the delivery of bespoke services that truly make a difference for our clients and the community.
