They will have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data and information into actions and outcomes.Role & ResponsibilitiesOperational Product ManagementOwnership of sell-out performance, revenue management and forecast accuracyManaging product lifecycle closely, making recommendations on ramp up and end-of-life (EOL) activitiesForecast alignment between Supply Chain, Sales and Category teamsManaging promotional laydowns with category and salesSupport with reporting requirements locally and with HQEngage with teams across Supply Chain Management, Sales, Marketing, Retail and FinanceDemand GenerationIdentify and execute growth strategies that address opportunities and pain pointsInput in the strategic planning of pre-order and launch sales promotions, offers and propositions based on previous resultsMarket Data AnalysisAnalyse competitiveness of our brand and activity in marketPromotion impact analysis and recommendationsProvide channel performance insights to sales and category teamsSkills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in Product/Category Management, sales analyst or other related rolesAdvanced MS Excel skills and ability to analyse large datasetsStrong analytical skills to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive outcomes.Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFlexible and adaptable to shifting prioritiesExceptional communication skills to convince and engage stakeholdersAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with other teamsWhat sets us apart from the rest?At the heart of our DNA is the pursuit of excellence and bringing innovation to everyone, faster than anyone.
